About the Opportunity
Etex Australia now has an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Team Leader to join their Orchard Hills, NSW facility, on a full-time basis.
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this role will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Orchard Hills Warehouse facility, including driving a strong culture of safety and compliance. In addition, you will be required to seek out area of continuous improvement whilst delivering exceptional customer service. You will also ensure all activities are undertaken in a safe and professional manner, and will maintain Etex's commitment to providing its customers with a high standard of customer service and quality products.
More specifically, your day-to-day duties will include (but will not be limited to):
- Manage inwards and outwards goods, both physically and through the use of a computerised system;
- Manage and develop site staff, ensuring the team is united and motivated to achieve the goals set out by the business;
- Build a culture of safety and compliance within the team;
- Assist in the planning and coordination of fleet trucks and external transport; and
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment inside and outside the warehouse.

Who is Etex Australia looking for?
To be successful in this position you will have previous experience in a similar position, with a strong understanding and working knowledge of warehouse operations, including transportation and freight. Etex Australia is looking for candidates who are able to work within a small team environment as well as operating autonomously.
You will need to hold a current C Class Drivers License, a Forklift License. Although not an essential, a MR License is highly desirable.
Additionally, it is important that you are a hard-working team leader with a positive attitude and a willingness to promote health and safety practices among co-workers.
