About the Opportunity
Etex Australia has an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Graduate to join their team in Beenleigh, QLD on a full-time, permanent basis.
Reporting to the Inventory Manager, you will ensure the efficient and effective control and planning of finished goods and raw materials to ensure inventory levels are maintained throughout the national supply chain to support and optimize the company’s goals.
The Supply Chain Graduate will also support the Inventory Manager with strong leadership support using problem solving and analytical skills to manage day to day operational issues.
Core duties:
- Ensure schedules are created in line with customer demand.
- Review schedules with the Manufacturing Supervisor to ensure requested delivery dates are met.
- Coordinate and process all stocktakes with Warehouse Managers.
- Liaise with Warehouse Managers and Dispatch Coordinator on inventory replenishments.
- Implement and maintain workplace health and safety requirements.
- Maintain a professional manner at all times and bring credit upon Etex when representing the company

This position will suit someone who is tertiary qualified in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline and who is ready to kick-start their career in Supply Chain Management. Experience with excel and the Microsoft suite will be essential to your success as well.
This is a varied, developmental role that will provide exposure to various elements of Warehousing management. Etex is seeking someone who is inquisitive, eager to learn and ready to put their knowledge to work under the guidance of a supportive management and wider team.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate a strong sense of initiative, problem-solving abilities and a high attention to detail. You must be comfortable taking directions and maintain enthusiasm in all you do. Your ability to communicate effectively and work cohesively as part of a team will also be essential to your success in the role.
