About the Opportunity
Etex Australia has an exciting opportunity for a Graduate to join their team in Matraville, NSW on a full-time, permanent basis.
Working directly with several leaders across the organisation, you will rotate through four key areas in the business over the 1st year: production, maintenance, distribution, and technical. You will have the opportunity to learn how the business runs at every level, and be exposed to a number of different career opportunities that you can then choose to pursue during your time with Etex.
Who is Etex Looking For?
This position will suit someone who has recently completed a tertiary qualification in management, business, engineering, or a related discipline and who is ready to kick-start their career in manufacturing.
This is a varied, developmental role that will provide exposure to various elements of the business. Etex is seeking someone who is inquisitive, eager to learn and ready to put their knowledge to work under the guidance of supportive management and a wider team.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate a strong sense of initiative, problem-solving abilities and a high attention to detail. You must be comfortable taking directions and maintain enthusiasm across all natures of work. Your ability to communicate effectively and work cohesively as part of a team will also be essential to your success in the role.
You will also be excited about the opportunity to learn, with the ambition to take on a leadership role within the business.
